Responding to the consumer demand for products that are as natural, unprocessed and free of E numbers as possible, Tate & Lyle already developed a product line in 2014 of Clean Label functional corn and tapioca starches under the brand name Claria.
The latest additions to the product line are the Instant Claria starches, as cold-swelling functional corn starches. Like the entire Claria range, the Instant variants are also GMO-free.
