IMPAG Group acquires Broadways Chemtech LLP and establishes IMPAG India Private Limited
IMPAG Group announces the acquisition of Broadways Chemtech LLP in Mumbai and the establishment of IMPAG India Private Limited. With this transaction, IMPAG enters one of the world's most dynamic growth markets and reaches another important milestone in its long-term corporate development.
