The IMPAG application process

Video chat (30min)

An initial short phone call or video chat. We place great value on getting to know each other. We determine whether you as a person fit the advertised position and IMPAG.

Job interview (60min)

Get an impression on site. Of us as a company, our offices and our culture. You will learn more about the advertised position and the new challenge. We find out who you are and how you fit into our team constellation.

Follow-up round (60-180min)

We deepen the interview to get an even better picture of you. Depending on the position, there will be assessment tasks. In addition, you will have the chance to get to know the team in the second interview.
